The idea
Most AI events teach a tool.
Yapmaxxing set out to change a habit.
The brief fit in four words: "Don't type, just speak."
For one evening, builders and professionals ran their work by voice.
Say the thought. Skip the keyboard. Let AI do the rest.
What we built
The idea had to be something you could see.
Yutori Spaces took it "from mood board to IRL": creative direction, branding, collaterals, spatial design, setup and on-ground production. It was their first production outside their own four walls.
- A co-branded stage. "THB × Wispr Flow × altrd: Don't type, just speak." with Wispr Flow on the main screen.
- Booths with a job to do. A Wispr Flow "Don't type" arch with a laptop station, and arches built for photos.
- A "What's your AI hot take?" wall. Covered in handwriting by the end.
- Things worth keeping. "Certified yapper" bottles, "Don't type, just speak" totes and mugs, Yapmaxxing badges.
- Production and content as one output. The setting was designed to be filmed. The content was shot inside it.
"The mood board made it IRL. The team understood the assignment."
The day
The masterclass. Gayatri Agrawal led a hands-on session on AI for productivity at work. Voice-first workflows, demoed live on screen.
The challenge. Laptops open. The room built live, then took its builds to the stage.
The conversations. Networking, booths, dinner.
Who showed up. 300 people from AI, film, advertising, tech, finance, healthcare and more.
Three things this room taught us
1. Voice is a workflow, not a feature.
The shift happens when people stop treating voice as a gimmick and start running real tasks with it.
One masterclass and one live challenge made that concrete in a single evening.
2. Production and content are one output.
Design it to be filmed. Plan the content inside it.
With Yutori Spaces and THB working as one team, the brand looked the same on stage, at the booth and in the feed.
3. The community is the room.
The organiser, the production team and the attendees all told the story in their own posts.
When people are given a reason to talk and connect, they carry the story out with them.
