There is no conventional interview. Shortlisted applicants complete a 111-minute open-book build challenge. Every tool, every model and the whole internet are allowed. If you cannot defend the work line by line, it does not count.

Bengaluru, in person. This role doesn't work remote, because the work doesn't happen remote.
01. Why this role exists
The Hub Bengaluru is a builder ecosystem, a physical campus where residencies, Night School, events, and a dozen living brands run in parallel.
Where the Forward Deployed Engineer ships systems, you ship trust. This is not a community manager role. This is judgment, presence, and ownership deployed at the point of contact.
02. What you'll do
Operative Scope- →Live on the floor. Residencies, Night School sessions, events, walk-ins. You're in the room, not behind a dashboard.
- →Connect people before they ask. Know every builder, their build, and their ask. Make the introduction that moves the work forward.
- →Catch and close loops daily. A resident is blocked, a guest is lost, a session is drifting. You see it first and fix it without being asked.
- →Onboard humans into the system. New residents, members, and partners land soft: oriented, connected, and shipping within days.
- →Feed the machine. What you see on the floor becomes signal, routed into the systems the rest of the team runs on.
- →Hold the standard. The room's energy, the quality bar, the culture of shipping. You protect it in person, every day.

Non-Objectives- ×Manage from a screen. If it can be done by an agent, an agent does it.
- ×Wait for an SOP. You write the SOP after you've solved it twice.
- ×Escalate what you can own. You are the escalation.

CyclePaid build cycle
Up to 11 people join a paid 111-day build cycle at The Hub. Cost: ₹1,11,111 for the 111 days.
Selection
1 person is selected to build with us full-time in this role.
Exit paths
The other 10 leave with mentorship and placement across our network.
