    What the agents do: Scheduling, recaps, reminders, resident matching suggestions.

    What only you do: Presence. Reading the room and acting before anyone asks.

    Compensation

    ₹11,11,111 / year for the founding Forward Deployed Human line, up to 1.11% ESOPs after the first cycle. Housing on campus, tooling and learning budget included.

    No résumé-only path. Shortlisted applicants complete a 111-minute open-book build challenge — every tool, model, agent and source allowed. You must be able to defend the work line by line.
