AFS × THB Builders Collective · 111 Days
Ship the AI layer no one has built yet.
111 days inside Azaan's office. Build the agent OS that runs THB's Builders Collective.
The Split
Everyone can prompt a model now. Almost nobody can ship what happens after the prompt. This residency lives in that gap.
What you leave with
Five production agents that real operators use every week. Documentation and handoff that outlasts you. And your name on the infrastructure layer of Builders Collective.
Who this is for
- 01You've shipped LLM systems beyond prompting — tools, retrieval, agent loops, failure handling.
- 02You think in triggers, state, memory, and guardrails before you write a line.
- 03You design for trust — automation people actually adopt, not fear.
- 04You want your name on real, working infrastructure, in public, for 111 days.
This isn't for you if
- → Your agents only work in demos.
- → You need detailed specs before you can move.
- → You build mystery magic — workflows nobody else can debug or trust.
- → You can't commit to 111 continuous days in Bengaluru.
Why it works
- 01Full access to a live operation and a nine-year-old second brain, not a sandbox.
- 02Direct access to Azaan and the co-builder team, not a manager relaying requirements.
- 03Five real agents, real operators, weekly iteration — not a portfolio project.
- 04Visibility through THB and Fully Opinionated the moment it ships.
How the program works
Map first. Everything else after.
Days 1–14
Map
Get inside the ops. Learn how the place actually works, not how it's supposed to. Map what's manual, repetitive, and should never need a human again.
Days 15–28
Architect
Design the agent OS before you write a line of code. Triggers, state, memory, permissions, failure modes. Lock the patterns, then build.
Days 29–90
Ship
Five agents in production. Real operators. Weekly iteration. Prototype fast, harden what works, kill what doesn't.
Days 91–111
Hand-off
Monitoring, eval loops, documentation. The system survives beyond your presence.
What you get
Real infrastructure
Five production agents with your name on them.
Direct access
Azaan and the co-builder team in the room, not a manager.
Distribution
Visibility through THB and Fully Opinionated the moment it ships.
The network
Night School, founders, the collective.
